Do I need an account to order?
No, you do not need an account to order. We currently only offer the option to order without an account.

Can I add an item to my order if I have already ordered?
No, unfortunately this is not possible. After you have completed the order, it will be prepared for shipment. If you receive another product, you must place a new order.

Which payment methods can I use to make my purchase?
Payments can be made with iDeal, PayPal, Credit Card, 
Bancontact, KBC/CBC and and pre-payment by bank transfer. These payment methods are free of charge. In addition, you can choose to pay for Klarna afterwards. You only pay the invoice after you have received the products, you pay a surcharge of € 1 when using this payment method.

No, our trees and seeding kits are currently exclusively available in our webshop.
