Payment Methods and Shipping
Payments can be made with iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, Belfius, SOFORT Banking, CreditCard and prepay by bank transfer. These payment methods are free of charge. In addition, you can choose to pay for Klarna afterwards. You only pay the invoice after you have received the products, you pay a surcharge of € 1 when using this payment method.
Shipping costs for deliveries in the Netherlands: € 4.50 *
Shipping costs for deliveries in Belgium and Germany: € 7.50 *
Shipping costs for deliveries in France (including Monaco and Corsica; excluding Andorra and overseas territories) and Luxembourg: € 12.50 *
Shipping costs for deliveries in Denmark, Italy (excluding San Marino and Vatican City) and Austria: € 17.50 *
Shipping costs for deliveries in Spain (incl. Balearic Islands, excl. Canary Islands) and Sweden: € 20,00 *
Shipping costs for deliveries in Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia and Czech Republic: € 25.00 *
* For these delivery costs you can have up to 9 young trees in a 2L pot, supplemented with some smaller items such as nutrients or seed kits. With an order for more than 9 young trees, it is best to split the order or contact us. The rate calculation on the website then indicates 1,000 euros.
Shipping costs are calculated on the basis of weight, dimensions and the country of destination. The costs are also shown in the shopping cart during the ordering process.
Delivery time and tracking of your shipment:
All orders are shipped no later than the next working day. We ship your order in one delivery if possible. Only in exceptional cases will your order be sent in multiple deliveries. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation by email with a Track & Trace code with which you can track your shipment.
When you are not home:
Are you not at home when your order is delivered? Then the package becomes:
- Possibly delivered to the neighbors. You will receive a note concerning the delivery in your mailbox.
- Returned and offered again at a later time (if the local delivery service offers this). You will also receive a message about this in your letterbox.
- If the delivery service has not been able to deliver the package to you (1 delivery attempt), you must collect the package at the post office. You will receive a notification of this in your letterbox. Take this message as a receipt to the post office.
Who delivers the order:
Our orders are sent via Post NL and their partners in other countries.
Send order abroad:
We currently ship orders to addresses in the countries listed above under the sub-heading "Shipping:". Shipping to other countries is unfortunately not possible at the moment.
